Account Snapshot
Reach for Account Snapshot Outbound when one account needs a page you can read between dials, not a full research project.
- You are about to work an account that qualified and has no outreach yet. The snapshot turns the verdict into a brief and a first sequence.
- You have a call in twenty minutes and need the one fact that matters. Quick Call Prep gives the brief and the call sheet, without the emails.
- A batch of five to ten accounts sits in front of you. The batch mode ranks them and writes full sequences only for the top two or three.
- You want every claim in the email traceable. Each fact carries its tag, so you know which ones you may say out loud.
It drafts. You read, edit and send. It never sends an email or writes to the CRM.
An outbound account snapshot gives a BDR or an AE one page for a single account, built to be checked before it is trusted. The skill pulls the CRM record, scores the five qualification zones against your profile, maps known contacts to your buyer personas, writes pain hypotheses, drafts a three-email sequence and builds a cold call sheet. Every fact carries one of six tags, and every email is a draft that you read and send yourself.
The point is speed with specificity. The brief is short enough to read between two dials, and every line says where it came from. When the record is silent, the page says unknown and gives the question that would fill the gap.
Core Workflow
Run the steps in order. First the skill asks whether you are a BDR or an AE, since the call goal changes with the role. Then it searches the CRM before any web research, because the CRM is the record a manager can check. Next it builds the company brief with the zone scores and the verdict, and only then maps contacts, writes pain hypotheses, drafts the sequence and builds the call sheet. The zones come before any email, because the verdict decides whether a sequence gets written at all. An account already owned by an AE is marked for coordination, not worked.
The Verdict Rule
The five zones come from your profile, and each one scores HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW or UNKNOWN from tagged facts. Zones 1 and 3 are must-haves. GREENLIGHT needs at least two HIGH zones and no must-have at LOW. DISQUALIFY applies when a disqualifier in your profile holds, or when both must-haves are LOW. Everything else is MANUAL REVIEW. A zone the record is silent on is UNKNOWN, not LOW, because a blank field may only mean nobody wrote it down.
Evidence Tags And Email Rules
Only four tags can carry a claim into an email: CRM, call, notes and public source. An inferred fact or an unknown becomes a question. Pain hypotheses are inferred from your profile, so they never open an email as a claim. Each email runs 100 words or fewer and opens on a specific, tagged company fact. It uses at most one proof point from your Proof Points table. An illustrative proof point is never used, because a prospect who asks for its source gets nothing back.
What It Reads
The skill reads these sections of your client profile: ICP Definitions, Qualification Zones, the Verdict Rule and Disqualifiers, Qualification Stage Gates, Buyer Personas, Core Pain Points, Value Propositions, Proof Points, Competitive Landscape, and Outbound Voice for the reference email, the research sources and the region map. If Outbound Voice is missing, the skill runs uncustomized and says so.
It also opens the account's folder in your Context OS knowledge base, if the profile points to one. That folder holds the notes, calls and decisions for the account, and the skill reads it for prior history before it writes the snapshot.
If your assistant is connected to the CRM or a call recorder, the skill offers to read the records you name, asks before it reads, and tags each pulled fact with its date. It reads only and never writes back. Pasting the same records into the chat works the same way.
Where It Fits
This skill sits in two chains. In Qualify To Book, Account Qualification runs first, then this skill, then Research Outbound or Trigger Event Outbound, then Meeting Prep. In Beat The Incumbent, Competitive Strategy and Competitive Displacement run first, then this skill or Meeting Prep, and this skill sets the contact order and the incumbent objections on one page.
The Business Case & ROI Kit, a paid Guild Pro kit, can read this skill's results. This skill is free and works on its own.
